 For employee opinion surveys – ratings and comments on various aspects of the company’s performance on issues of interest to your company.

We require this information to provide confidential feedback to help employees and/or companies improve their performance.


We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

Upward reviews, ratings of co-workers, and/or ratings of your company will never be shared with your company in any way that would allow someone to identify you as the feedback provider.

How we use cookies

We use a cookie(s) to keep track of who you are while you are on our website. The cookies allow us to present you with the appropriate individuals to provide feedback to for 360 or upward feedback processes or to insure your feedback on your company is provided to the correct department or organization.

We also use traffic log cookies to identify which pages are being used. This helps us analyze data about web page traffic and improve our website in order to tailor it to client needs. We only use this information for statistical analysis purposes and then the data is removed from the system.
